Hurtful words, and somewhat true words until yesterday when Fenerbahçe won the Club League after winning 4 games in a row and that against the Top 2 on the site oBIGASHo and aaronc333
Fighting to avoid relegation play-offs in the first 2 games with aaron , going down 0-1 and coming back to 3-1 win and then a scrappy 1-0 win and suddenly we were 5 points behind oBIGASHo and his AC Milan 41-10, most goals scored and least let in.
These games were gonna decide the league
First game didn't start well for us as AC Milan put on the pressure Niang hit the crossbar , Bacca hit the post , the chances for Milan was there, somehow we had 0-0. Most of my game relies on Lens ,Van Persie and Sow. It was Sow who found RVP outside the box and with his lethal left foot he curled in 1-0 just outside the box. Milan kept attacking and by luck , good defending and great saves from Demirel we held on to the 1-0 win.
There is chance we can do it , only 2points up to the First Place
Second game started off slowly both of us didn't want to give away easy chances. Most attacks were crosses cleared by the defenders or long shots that went wide.
Lens found some space on the right wing and got past the LB with a nice skill but the CB managed to intercept the ball but it went straight to Robin Van Persie and the keeper was for some reason a little off and RVP rifled a low driven shot with his right! foot in the left bottom corner 1-0. Once again Milan put the pressure on us , but Demirel was in the way and saved everything . Kjaer and Skrtel put Niang and Bacca in there back pockets and kept them there until the referee blew for full time.
