"Show me a hero and I'll write you a tragedy"
As hype surrounding Halo 5: Guardians gathers pace a new teaser site has has appeared online. The website called Hunt The Truth is published by fictional war journalist Benjamin Giraud. The journalist claims to shed new light on who Master Chief really is and expose what little we all know about him. New episodes will be released each week via Tumblr and syndicated across multiple podcast platforms for 12 weeks, leading up to E3 in June 2015.
A new teaser video has also appeared on line.
When watched in slow motion several words can be seen etched into the bullet which seem to chart his life from childhood all the way to him becoming a Spartan.

The most interesting word there is traitor. Is there a small chance that Master Chief in implicit is some kind of betrayal against the UNSC/Earth or are ONI trying to bury the UNSC's greatest hero so they can finally become the dominant military force they have always wanted to be?
Speculation is rife at the moment but if you only take one thing away from the video above its that you must be prepared to have your image of the Master Chief shattered.
