Today at Gamescon, Halo shows off its continued commitment to making Xbox One the best console it can be, with the following features announced.
The Halo Channel is coming to Xbox One, your new home for Halo, with ability to play all Halo’s on one central location. Also included in the Ridley Scott produced live action series, Nightfall.
November 11th the Halo Collection is released, with everything unlocked and improved graphics from classic to next gen as soon in the demo at Gamescon.
Halo ranking system will feature the precise and identical ranking system as shown in Halo 2 almost 10 years ago today.
Featured in the demo was the fan favourite map Sanctuary with 4 of the best global players on Halo to test it out, this map will be included in the Halo Collection.
Halo 5 Guardians beta is coming to Xbox One in the Halo Collection. Dec 29th-Jan 17th is the duration of the Halo Beta, with small maps looking at the close combat features, with dedicated servers and the smart match up which sees every player have the same load-out in an equaliser method released by 343 developers. Certain aspects of the beta will be carried over the full Halo 5 Guardians game.
