Police Warning: Ginge on the loose!

I'm back with yet another of my famous *cough* interviews, but first let me set the scene. Chilling in my hotel room, flicking through the best of their freeview channels that actually had signal, I could hear some heavy breathing coming from the closet. I muted the tv, stepped over carefully to the closet and grabbed a lamp for my own protection. Out of nowhere, the doors burst open and I was sent flying into the wall. As I got up, dazed, I could've sworn I saw Mr Tumnus gracefully standing before me. Instead, after shaking the cobwebs, I discovered it was gingerneo helicoptering his schlong. He asked to be interviewed, and this is what I got out of it (apart from some mental scarring).

Thank you for erm....joining me,(?) If you had to choose one member of AG to go to a football match with, who would it be and why?

I would probably say MarcusJonesy. Supporting the same team, and having met the guy already I know we'd have a laugh, and obviously end the day with a cwtch. Ideally it'd be against Liverpool, so I can give Harryn9000 round 2 of ginger loving too.

Tell us about your fondest memory of AG.

Very much a personal one for me, but the opportunity to go to and write up on the Xbox event called The Gathering in 2011. It was such a brilliant experience and probably is my favourite event to date. Getting put up in a hotel with free food and drink, and being able to play games and be presented new one by developers in a room of around 10 people is something I don't think I'll get to do again.

What are your top 3 films of all time?

Always a difficult question, because they frequently change. Star Wars (the whole first trilogy) is going to take one of the slots, don't care if I'm cheating. Also the first Matrix film, doesn't mean as much to me now, but I loved it when I was younger, and there aren't many films that have had that effect on me. As for a third, I'll go with The Dark Knight, but there are loads that could have taken the third slot.

Do you believe you've earned the role as admin?

I'd like to think so. I've put a lot into the site for the 5+ years I've been here. And although I'm worse than a boomerang in terms of coming and going from admin duties, reviewing duties and even as a general member, but I've always been honest with my availability. And I must be doing something alright otherwise I wouldn't have been taken back so many times. I'm not quite as prompt with updating things as I once was - I'm currently sitting at a total of 1 transfer completed in the fantasy league, and I'm sure there are a few that would like their matchday payments quicker (*cough* Subz87 *cough*) but I'm always keeping up to date with what's happening in the league, and I can't do much more than that.

What is your biggest mistake or regret?

If I had the chance to do uni again, knowing what I do now I'd do a lot differently. Maybe a different course, at the very least I would apply myself in a much better way. I had a cracking time during uni, but I jush wish I had pushed myself a little more. But no real regrets as such. I do wish I was able to have gone over to Thailand to do english teaching when I had the opportunity, but I couldn't get the finances together to get out there. Though a ginger in that heat might have struggled.

What have been your favourite gigs?

Again another difficult one. I've been lucky enough in my job to see a load of great bands. Even ones that I wouldn't expect to be good (I STILL maintain that Boyzone put on a cracking show when I first saw them lol). For ones I've attended - Skindred are very close to the top because they are so much fun. Always put on such a good show. Rammstein for their stage show. I always like going to smaller gigs with lots of energy - Bury Tomorrow, Letlive and Hacktivist in the last year or two have put on amazing shows. I thin all times favourite is Metailllca in either Wembley Stadium or Manchester Arena would be my favourite of all time. Wembley because the atmosphere was unreal, shivers down my spine stuff, Manchester because I got to see them 'in the round', something I never though I'd be able to see.

Snog, Marry Avoid: Anne Widdecombe, Cher, Susan Boyle.

Snog - Cher, she's definitely a goer. Marry - Susan Boyle, I think she'd be very appreciative of the attention, and she can sing me to sleep which I imagine would be lovely. I'll avoid Widdecombe, though she looks like she could bake a mean cake....

She looks like she could demolish a few too.....What are you most looking forward to in the next 12 months?

Quite a few things actually. Got a few gigs coming up in the next few months, and some others I want to get tickets for. Attending Download festival on a stag weekend. I really hope I'm able to go to Gamescom aswell. Other than recreational, I'm looking forward to my next job and career step. I don't know what it will be yet, I just know I need to get away from what I'm doing now, so that's exciting.

Do you believe in the paranormal?

Nope.

If you could describe your life in a movie title, what would it be and why?

The Biscuit Eater (apparently it is an old film, and I like biscuits - don't tell ImmortalTanz).

What sports do you follow besides rugby?

I don' follow rubgy at all. Worked at the fanzone for the World Cup and couldnt tell you what happened, zero interest. I do follow footy as best I can, and that's about it really.

Shocking stuff there, a welshman who doesn't follow rugby. Typical Taff. The football player you respect the most in the world is?

Scholesy. Keeps himself to himself, top quality player. Seems like a bloke you could go to.

Anything else you'd like to say?

Nah, I've probably talked too much now. Thanks
