L.A. Galaxy that is...
The former Bordeaux manager has taken charge at the MLS giants following a successful campaign with the French outfit, whilst still attempting to will Columbia the World Cup (Busy guy). In a statement taken from his first Press Conference on his first week of the job at the Galaxy, Jam has described his willingness to shift the outlook of the typical MLS team from older players to the younger breed.
"Having taken charge at this brilliant club, it's been my mission from the outset to compete at the highest level within our current league setup. We must be challenging for the top half at least this season in order to meet our aims set by myself, the squad and the board. Having already made a few key transfers in the early stages of my job here, the aim is to lower the average age of my squad and put my faith in youth. I'm hoping that the phrase "you'll never win anything with kids" will not be brought up in our case. Players such as Jadon Sancho, Serge Gnabry and Ruben Loftus-Cheek will be key to any success we have both this season and the seasons to come!"
