MORE PENALTY MISERY AT KIELCE

Korona Kielce manager Big B was left fuming at the officials after his team conceded an incredible 4 penalties in their 2 games against FC Lugano. In his press conference he ranted "The standard of refereeing in this league is bloody awful, with some of these ref's they are giving a free kick every time someone is touched and falls over! Football is a contact sport but in those games it got to the point where my players were afraid to make a tackle for fear of getting penalised. Some of those decisions were so soft that even their manager TheWayneyG looked embarrassed that his team had been given them!"

The first penalty came after Merino appeared to collide with Gaxa and go down, with the Lugano man slotting home the spot kick himself. In what was a pretty even game Lugano got a second when the Kielce defence appeared hesitant to tackle, allowing Angel the time and space to curl one in from the edge of the box. Thankfully for the Polish side the second penalty was graciously missed by Lugano as there seemed to be little or no contact on the attacker.

In the second game Lugano were more dominant and ran out deserved winners 3-1, and like in the first game, had 2 penalties, one scored and one missed as they continued their push for promotion.
