Code of Conduct

  • Please be respectful to fellow members and Admins of Absolute Gaming. Both on the site and in game.
  • You must have a valid Xbox Live account to take part
  • Any form of cheating will not be tolerated and members will be removed from leagues, tournaments and possibly the site.

What not to do:
Here is a list of all the things you should avoid doing on Absolute Gaming, should you do so you will receive the relevant punishment:

  • Quitting: Quitting from games for any reason will qualify you for an admin review where a permanent note will be added to your profile indicating the circumstances.
  • Consistent quitting: If you are a consistent offender you will be removed from all competitions.
  • Personal Abuse: If you are abusive, on or off the mic you will again receive a record and may receive a site ban based on the severity of your actions. Persistent offenders will be removed.
  • Not fulfilling your obligations: If you sign up to a league, and are lucky enough to get in, then you must complete the season. If you quite half way through a season for any reason you will receive a warning which may affect your chances of getting in ANY leagues next season.

Playing games & tournaments

  • You must disconnect from Absolute Gaming, close all active downloads on your pc and set the game up as instructed in the rules for that particular competition.
  • If you have a disagreement about a match, e.g. someone quits, do not start an argument on the shoutbox, instead contact an admin where they will use their discretion, and the rules stated above, to decide the outcome.
  • After playing a game you must return immediately to the site, where possible, to enter results. Under TFI Friday Cup circumstances you may be punished for not adhering to this rule.
  • If lag is unbearable you must try tell the opponent and quit within the first half. And the game will be replayed. Do not abuse this rule else you may be punished.
  • If a game disconnects or is interrupted (xbox live cut off etc) in the middle of a game then you must setup a new game and play only the minutes that were remaining from the disconnected game. The two scores should then be added together to find the result. Ie. If the game disconnects in the 30th min, then setup a new game and play until the 60th min. Once the 60th min hits, then play will continue until the ball goes out of play. After that time, leave the match.
  • Live Season must be switched off for all games played on AG. To check your Live Season status go to 'my fifa 13 > game stettings > live season 2.0 > switch off'.
  • Unless otherwise specified, all league/groups played on the site will see 'tied' members seperated first on goal difference, then on the head-to-head matches between those concerned.
  • If a member doesn't not complete or has to be removed from any long term event, he/she will incur a 2000 Scudo fine. If this fine has to be taken out of your BAG (if you don't have enough Scudo) then it will be doubled because of the withdraw rate.

Scudo FAQ

This is where you can find all the information about the virtual currency we use here at Absolute Gaming, Scudo.

Its important that members read this information carefully as everything we do here at AG revolves around Scudo.

So how do I earn Scudo?

Well first off all you need to make a post in the welcome section of the forums introducing yourself. Once you have done that Admin will credit your account with 500 Scudo. Please remember that this in the ONLY payment you will get. The rest of the Scudo you will have to be earn using the site features or by you being active in leagues and events. The general idea is the more active you are around the site the more Scudo you will earn.

What do I need the Scudo for?

Our FIFA leagues/tournaments are based around Scudo. The more you earn the better chance you have when your bidding in the auction for the team you want. All details about the auctions will be sent out just before each season/tournament. Once you have bought a league team its all about earning as much Scudo as you can so you can try and keep them. If you don't earn enough then you may be bought out by another rich member.

So what is BAG?

BAG stands for Bank of Absolute Gaming. Your BAG is your clubs current value. After every season your Scudo amount is reset however all Scudo that you have earned from the season then goes into your BAG. This is then your clubs current value (BAG). Members can withdraw Scudo from their BAG but that will come at a cost of 50%. Essentially BAG is your career earnings on AG.

So what is the best way to earn Scudo?

There are various ways of earning Scudo. Below is a list outlining the possible ways:

  • Posting in forums
  • Attending gaming events such as TFI Cup or one night events. Higher payments for those that win and event.
  • Using the Bookies (Link is at the top of the forum)
  • Using the Raffle (Link is at the top of the forum)
  • Playing Scudoffs against other members. You can arrange these in the AG-Scudoffs forum. Rules can be found by clicking this link
  • Entering Ladders. The more games you play the more you earn. Ladder details details can be found HERE.
  • Completing league/tournaments.

Features such as the bookies do have a risk involved. The rewards could be fantastic or drastic pending how much risk you take. The overall idea on Absolute Gaming is the more active you are the more you earn. That then has an impact on what team you get come auction time.
