Billy Dubya's Game of 2015 - Fallout 4

Rating: 5.00/5 (1 Vote)

The 12 months of 2015 resulted in a very good one for Xbox One owners, probably better than others to be fair. We got the Forza we believe we were entitled to, Destiny kind of grew up a bit and became more like what was expected and we saw some half decent Xbox exclusives hit our consoles as well as heading back the way with the much loved backwards compatibility.

For me though, the game of last year came out near the end of it. The 11th of November to be exact. Fallout 4 got me excited in ways that I cannot imagine. It was only because the third game was just SO great. Anyone who has played the first/third person series on Xbox 360 will already know what I'm on about, but for those who don't, allow me to give you an idea as to why I think this game is an essential to everyone, even if you don't like being offline for more than about 20 seconds.

Eurogamer Expo: Ginge's Impressions Part 3

Rating: 0/5 (0 Votes)

Hello again and welcome back to the third and final instalment of my Eurogamer Expo experience. If you’ve missed the first parts please take a look – PART 1 and PART 2. This will be short and sweet featuring the last 4 games I got my hands on.   A mix of shooter and racing so there should be something for most to enjoy.

Gears of War: Judgement

Genre: Third Person Shooter

Developer: Epic Games/People Can Fly

Publisher: Microsoft Studios

Yes another game that is a new iteration in an already successful franchise.  Gears of War:  Judgement is a prequel to the other games in the franchise, and feature Damon Baird and Augustus Cole as the protagonists.  While I didn’t get any hand on time with any of the new campaign, on offer at Eurogamer was a new multiplayer mode – Overrun.

Eurogamer Expo: Ginge's Impressions Part 2

Rating: 0/5 (0 Votes)

Welcome to part 2 of my Eurogamer Expo Impressions.  If you missed part 1 (or found it such an enjoyable read that you’d like another gander) then you can check it out HERE.  Today I have another 6 games for you to have a read through.  With some surprises and disappointments it was quite the rollercoaster ride.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2013

Genre: Sports (Football)

Developer: PES Productions

Publisher: Konami

Easily the biggest surprised of the expo for me.  After playing FIFA for the last 4-5 years since PES 6, I haven’t returned to the series.  I have dabbled in a few different version, but none have been anywhere near the standard I wanted.
